Chris Cornell‘s widow has filed a lawsuit against his doctor, claiming he gave the rocker countless prescription drugs without even examining him.

According to the Associated Press, Vicky Cornell claims Dr. Robert Koblin was negligent in prescribing Chris the anti-anxiety medication lorazepam, as well as other medications, from September 2015 until his death in 2o17.

She claims Koblin did not examine Cornell during that time and that the drugs caused erratic and impulsive behavior that led to Cornell’s death.

Chris Cornell was found unconscious in his hotel room in Detroit on May 18, 2017. His death was ruled a suicide by hanging.

Vicky told police she spoke to Chris shortly before his body was discovered. She said he did not sound well and kept telling her, “I am just tired.”

He was 52 years old at the time of his death.
