Birdman Getting Sued For $12M Over Failure To Pay Loan

Cash Money Records co-founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams is being hit with a $12 million foreclosure lawsuit, according to South Florida Business Journal.

According to the report, Birdman is getting sued for the not being able to pay back a loan which he took in 2015 and put the mansion up as collateral, a move that could see him lose the house after his failure to pay.

If legal actions are taken, his Miami mansion and his North Miami office space could be caught in the crossfire.

The office space, which houses Birdman’s Hit Factory Criteria Recording Studios, could also be swallowed up by EMG Transfer Agent after they filed a foreclosure lawsuit on the 30th of November.

Birdman bought the home for $14.5 million in 2012 and listed it for sale this past June for $20 million, although it’s currently on the market for $16.9 million.
